Mark Wilson is a Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in remote-area project construction and the corporate management of resource companies. He has held executive, non-executive and/or ownership rolls in several resource-focussed companies over the past 16 years, including Duketon Goldfields NL and Cambrian Resources NL.
Mark is Member of the Institution of Engineers (Australia) and a graduate of Curtin University.
Executive Director – Technical – Legend Mining Ltd
Derek Waterfield is a geologist with 24 years experience in exploration for gold, base metals, iron ore, nickel, uranium and heavy mineral deposits in a broad range of terrains within Australia, and iron ore in Cameroon. He has worked on a variety of multi-commodity projects for CRA Exploration, Normandy Mining, Newmont Australia, Legend Mining and Enterprise Metals. He led the team that discovered the Moolart Well gold deposit in the Duketon Belt 350km north of Kalgoorlie.
Derek is a graduate of the University of Queensland (B.Sc. Hons).
General Manager – Camina SA
Guillaume Negou Tela is a graduate of Economics at the University of Douala, Cameroon. He acquired international experience in South Africa, then returned to his native land and joined other Cameroonian entrepreneurs in the development of the mining sector. Guillaume is one of the founders of CAM IRON SA which is developing the Mbalam iron ore resource. A co-founder and Chairman of CRD; an entrepreneurial initiative developing quarries for the supply of aggregate in the current booming economy. Guillaume has administrative experience in gold and iron ore exploration and is a co-founder and current shareholder of Camina SA.
Administrative Manager – Camina SA
Christian Abomo is a Cameroonian entrepreneur with strong experience in Information Technology, Marketing, Service Supply especially in relation to governmental agencies. Since 2009, he has been appointed as the Administrative Manager of CAMINA SA in charge of relations with the government.
Christian is a co-founder of African Energy Company SA and non-executive director of several companies in Cameroon.
Exploration Manager – Camina SA
Philippe Koehn is a geologist with 40 years experience in regional exploration for uranium, iron ore, gold and a variety of other commodities. His work experience covers a broad range of projects in Australia, Canada, Guyana, Africa and Europe. He has been employed by COGEMA, Robe River Mining, CRA Ltd and many junior companies.
Philippe is a graduate (Bsc, Msc) from the University of Geneva.
